As we grew to manage thousands of agents across 35+ countries, we faced a common challenge: existing workforce management tools weren't built for the unique needs of global BPO operations.
Time zones, language barriers, compliance requirements, and the shift to remote work created complexity that off-the-shelf solutions couldn't handle. So we built our own platform — designed from the ground up for distributed contact center teams.
